Before Shipping:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team at support@thebloombeauty.in.
A full refund will be issued for canceled orders.
After Shipping:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Request Process:
Submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@thebloombeauty.in.
Provide details of the issue, including order number and photos of the product (if applicable).
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
For approved cancellations before shipping.
For returned items that meet our return criteria.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the product as per our return policy and place a new order.
