    • A full refund will be issued for canceled orders.

  • After Shipping:

    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.


2. Return Policy

  • We accept returns only under the following conditions:

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Request Process:

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the product as per our return policy and place a new order.
